I have a bug. I can't download anything from almost every site. I can't even see animated pictures. How can I fix this?

Can someone mirror the file in this website (below) and upload it on Sepwich? I can only use this site. (And about 3 more)

What browser are you using? Have you installed an extension recently that might have created a conflict somehow? Is there an outside program like a firewall interfering with your download? It'd be best if you could describe to us in detail the specifics of your system so that your problem could be addressed more easily.

who is you internet provider? To me it sounds like you have something running in the background that is using your download ports. Normally its Malware(spyware, adware, and viruses) using those ports. Do you have a spyware removal program and a anti virus scan?

Chaos, I'm pretty sure the April Fools Edition isn't even uploaded to that link. I get 404'd.
