its working and afther 2 Minutes its back

This can be caused by the feature in newer versions of Windows where it changes your desktop wallpaper periodically. If you turn that off it shouldn't happen again.

I do believe that sometimes it happens for no reason.

I've been in a game with nothing else open before, no changing desktop or anything and it suddenly does it, without minimizing the game and going back into it or anything.

Yeah, it's fixable with F11, but it gets irritating. And for newer players it's impossible to fix.
