1. I don't know why, but they won't convert to flats. Maybe I don't need them anyway, as they're just stripes that would probably look kind of distracting or something.

Do not use Works in Progress as a way of avoiding the releases system! Works in Progress can be used for sharing early betas and for getting suggestions for improvement.
