Emblem's being.... "ungrabbable".

I was looking for the emblems and I found one but it was see through and I could not grab it. Do I need to get 50 rings first or somthing?
(The emblem was THZ1)

You can't get an emblem if you've either already nabbed it, or the game has been modifed.

You don't need to save the game or complete it right the way through in order to record the fact that you've collected an emblem. That happens automatically as soon as you pick it up.

Actually, that was the whole reason I couldn't do it the first time I played SRB2. No lie. I never knew until a few tries, that the water speed up time. Either way, a strategy depends on who you use. I first did it with Knuckles, but then found Sonic's speed to be a better choice.
