Egg Satellite broken path

I was on the 7th Special Stage, the Egg Satellite Zone, when I encountered a severe problem. At some point, I was derailed and got stuck on a path. It wouldn't turn to the corridor, and going back turned to a wall. I took some screenshots for reference. I don't know how it even happened. Maybe I was hurt or pushed at some wrong place?

Update, please. These bugs were fixed (as far as we're aware).
