I know and easy way to play SRB2 on a TV.
Because if you have a cable that covert's the screen on your PC to your TV and played started SRB2 then you could play it on a TV without much hacking. (Would most likey be best to play it with a game pad, or at least a keyboard and mouse that are wireless)
(I am aware there is a Wii Port of SRB2 being made)
