HE'S BACK!!! But why did you make him (3S, 8W)? He was (9S, 9W) in SRB2K, and would it be OK with you if I restat him to (9S, 9W) and give him Japanese voice clips if you haven't done so already?

I came to ask about the restat as well.
It's certainly an odd choice.
Was there any particular reason as to why?
Being unwieldy was part of the draw.

Edit: After playing with him a bit, I kinda dig the restat. The extra mobility that he has is nice.

This is really good! I love the spritework. It fits right in with Ring Racers's style, it's awesome. I've noticed his voice clips are a little quiet in-game, though. That's about the only flaw I can think of. But yeah, great mod!

I concur with others that a restat would be cool and the voice clips could be a little louder. But the spritework is great he looks really chunky.
