Probably one of the most well-made city-builder games I have ever played. There also is a "rogue-like" mode of the game being developed as well.
Also, and probably most interesting is the game is completely made in ASCII. If you don't know what that is, I've provided a screenshot:
These game worlds get exceptionally complex and have a lot of depth, even in this version. And this game has one of the biggest learning curves I've ever seen in a game, but once you figure it out, its quite fun to play.
And elegant... for ASCII.
