I would like to know what are the tools to compile SRB2, and try code :: block and does not work.

I think that wxDev C++ is the tool that's used to compile SRB2. That's at least what I used before, if I remember correctly.

Really are you sure, because I used "Dev C + +" and not work for me either but now that you say it is called "wxDev C + +" should be the same but other version and different.

Dev-C++ hasn't been updated in years, if you can manage to get all the relevant libraries I would highly recommend Visual Studio.
