Fixed DSZ1 - Water FOF with wrong sector height (?)

I'm not sure whether this one is intentional or not, but it looks like the water starts higher than the hole it presumably comes from.

Also, I think this applies to all the waterfalls nearby in that section of DSZ1.

Obviously, they're using the same sector tag...
