DSZ1 Tails Emblem problem

I played DSZ1 trying to get Tails' emblem, with no modifications (obviously) but it stayed translucent! How can I collect the emblem? What did I do wrong?

Hmmm. Are you sure this was Tails' emblem and not Knux's? They have similar colors when transperant..

How about a screenshot of the Emblems you've collected, Pyro?

Because if you checked the menu, you would've known what Emblems you've gotten.

Otherwise, I have absolutely no clue why it would be translucent except whatever Iestyn said.

Yes, I followed ALL of the Emblem Guide instructions, but it is STILL translucent... But I do remember IN THE PAST collecting an emblem but idk what one. Besides, this menu you speak of, Sparxster, how do I get to it?

EDIT: In statistics and I already did collect it without knowing =/
