Dripping Water Question

Now 100% less jaded!
Well, I'm currently working on a level, and there're a couple of areas where I want to have the dripping water come down.

However, both of those areas' ceilings are FOFs, and I have no idea how to offset the drips so they fall from that height.

I.E. the overall height is 1800 and the bottom of the FOF is 1520 - direct example from a specific area in the level.

Does anyone have any insight as to how to make this work? (And, yes, before you ask, I did look at the Wiki already.)

The Z Height of the dripping water should be the same height as the floor height of the FOF.

If the dripping water is an object that by default attaches itself to the ceiling, then the Z-offset should be the distance from the ceiling, and not the floor.
