I do not know how to draw on the pc well. I need some tips. It is the pixels and size I need help with. I want to make a new character. Please help. I have just paint.
EDIT: I am making a surprise wad for someone.

Paint is enough.

Just compare the sprite to existing sprites and addon's sprites. Compare, and adjust, or edit the official sprites if you NEED to. That's how I made Patchouli over there (<-). I edited it from Triple Trouble Sonic.

(In retrospect, I need to fix the shoe shading and the book page colors, and the hat & hair arn't that great :P)

Yeah, they're all recolors of pixels on a canvas, pretty much.

Well I want to learn kind of like the offcial characters are. I can pm who he is. It is a surprise to someone.

They do it by drawing EVERY SINGLE SPRITE BY HAND, then resize and color appropriately. Ya SURE ya wanna do that?
