Yousendit.com can supposedly upload a file up to 1GB. Which is 1,024 MB, unless I'm insane.

EDIT: Oh wait, LONG term allowence of 100 MB. Nevermind, then.

The only way out here is to use bittorrent.

Or just send it to me. Sep allows 2 gigs (more or less) of space on my site at the moment, given the current bandwidth I suck down [Which is barely any], so 100MB is nothing.
