Downloading Sonic Music (again)

Is this site legal to download the music from?:

I only ask this 'cause it says:

1. All music files are purely for educational purposes only!
2. All music files that have been downloaded must be deleted from your hard drive within 24 hours.
3. Sonic Style will not be held responsible for any users that have downloaded these files and then used them for any prohibited or illegal purposes. All files here are to promote SEGA, and Sonic the Hedgehog.

The question put forward isn't based on legality, though that is a common disclaimer. The question here is whether or not SEGA actually cares. It has shown several times in the past it hasn't, and still does not.
