Download Button Not Appearing in Certain Addons?

Reenacting this story;

I go to the Crawla mod page to download it. No download button.

I go to the Duke Nukem mod page to download it. No dowload button.

What's happening here? Will it happen more? And how do we fix it?

Go to first page in Discussion and if you see this mod download it, The reason download button doesn't show up is pre-xenforo, It used to powered by vBulletin before it was changed to Xenforo back in early 2021.
