Doom integration with SRB2

Just a quick engine-related question, is it possible to put Doom things/textures/sounds/enemies etc, into an SRB2 WAD without the entire thing dying, or vice versa? I'm thinking of doing a crossover and wondering how possible it is.

(of course it's not a botched attempt to make more doom-oriented levels because i suck at srb2 mapping, that's silly)
 
The older the SRB2 version you go, the easier it gets. But don't hold your breath.
 
Sure it is. You'll need to do some conversion, particularly in the palette, but you could port most stuff over.
