Doom is not woking every time I click on it an error comes up, why?

Please give a proper description of what is happening. What you just said right now is too vague. We cannot even give a solution since we don't really know what you did wrong.

Was it working before? If so, uninstall and install it again. Sometimes one of the files becomes corrupt and (SRB2)DB becomes unusable.

This is what happened I downloaded the zip from the doom builder website then I extracted it and clicked on the exe that said builder on it then an error came up saying about an object not being there that was required to run Builder.exe.

Sounds like you're missing some VB library. Try googling for the file it says and download it? DLLs are quite easy to find.
