You could probably get away with it if you rewrote the engine (no chance of a straight port from KNP =P), but I doubt it'd be playable. The screen's just too small to work well with SRB1's gameplay style.
I mentioned this before, but someone should totally write a sort of "OpenKNP", which would be very similar in awfulness to Klik & Play, but more portable (bye bye, 16-bit Windows). B-Game makers the world over would go ga-ga for this.
I don't mean something like Construct. That program actually has legitimate use cases for decent games. I mean a program that literally emulates all the crappiness of Klik & Play (perhaps even right down to the platform movement system) - a program or engine where one could create purposefully awful games if so desired.
