Does Anyone know how I can get Slade?

I wanted to test something out for SRB2, so I tried to look if I can download Slade through it's site according to the Wiki. But from what I'm looking at, the Site is just Non-existent right now. Has it been gone for a while by now? (most importantly), How do I get a download for it?
