Does anyone else have issues with controllers?

I use a ps4 controller to play srb2 sometimes its kinda werid tho sometimes it doesnt work and i have to restart the level and sometimes it just pauses anyone else have this?

I vaguely remember playing that game with my PS4 controller one time and it being awful I am pretty sure there are YouTube videos out there on how to change the controls alright so I recently tried playing with a PS4 controller again and it was the worst thing in history

I use my Nintendo Controller to play SRB2 for a while, and I haven't ran into any problems with it till recently. The joystick (L and R) don't work now, so I go to my settings and I see everything is set up properly. I go to different versions of the game, and still does not work. I even swap controllers and still nothing works right. I'm trying to find a way to stop this issue, and also contact the devs.

Update: It now drifts when I'm not even touching the joystick. This update for the game sucks.

Update 2: Nevermind my joysticks were broken. I take back what I said about the current update.

Mine works fine just that camera is a bit wonky in first person but I don’t use it much so it isn’t a problem, but with srb2 kart it doesn’t work at all because it thinks another player is using it and that I need to reset that joystick what does it mean by “reset joystick”?!

I honestly had a better time setting up controllers on 2.1 than 2.2
