Displaying System Time

I was wondering if it was possible to display the server owner's System Time on their computer at the bottom-right of the screen in a server. Like if it was 4:15:32 pm, it would say "The server time is 4:15:32 PM"

Is this even possible with SRB2?

Borderless Windowed mode isn't possible yet ...

There's no way to get the system time in SRB2's Lua implementation.
