Confirmed digimusic command toggles instead of setting

I discovered this upon working on a new launcher


attemtping to set digimusic to 1 or 0 both do the same thing, and toggles digital music in terms of audio.


digimusic itself is set to on or off, but digital music playback acts like a toggle.


The new setting applied only changes on restart, and due to this if launching the game with "+digimusic 1" the digital music is always turned off


If any extra detail is required please let me know. I know this explanation may not be very clear.


EDIT: I noticed it works if i substitute 1/0 for On/Off. I should probably stick to semantics but still, to my knowledge this is a bug.
