The tutorial comes with dev bloodshed C++ in the help menu. But, be warned, judging by your posts, I doubt (unless you truly work hard on it) you will be able to understand it.

Dev-C++ itself is a fairly simple and straightforward, type the code, hit the compile button.

However, if you're interested in C programming, a simple tutorial will not suffice. I recommend buying a book, those tend to be the most beginner friendly, I have a really good one, but I can't recall the name, and I'm currently loaning it out.
