Dev-C++ is crashing when I do Search->Find in Files.

This just started happening today, and I haven't installed anything since I last used it. Anyone know of a different C++ editor that's as good as Dev-C++ or a way to fix?

EDIT: OK, this is really weird. Just now, it started crashing as soon as I start it up.

EDIT2: I forgot to mention, there's no error message, but now, I reinstalled, and when I start it up, it crashes, but this time, I get the "Dev-C++ IDE has encountered a problem..." error.

EDIT3: Problem went away by itself.
