Detons won't appear

I refer to THZ2 and check to see if I got the detons to be just like in THZ2, but they just won't even spawn! Before you ask, the sector height is 112 and Z Position of all 3 detons are 0. The dark passageways they're in are 128 fracunits wide. The detons don't appear at all! Please could you help?

Maybe you placed them too close to each other or the walls so that they explode on spawn? That's the only thing I can think of.
