You can do that with Object Desktop, but he may have used a different program. In my opinion, any skinning/customization program other than those from Object Desktop deserves to die.

I cleaned up my desktop today and got a new background. It's amazing how few of those shortcuts for programs I actually used. I open everything with the start menu.

Where the hell did your terminology come from? Hamburger? As far as I've known, the original Xbox controller was referred to as the Duke, and the modified as the S-Controller.
