Death Counter - keeps track of deaths in cooperative gametypes

this script replaces the ordinary life counter with a death counter as well as giving players infinite lives in cooperative gametypes. the counter looks nearly identical to the life counter with the exception that the player name says "DEATHS" and that it, well, counts the amount of deaths:

the script is specifically designed for cooperative multiplayer, and will not have any effect in singleplayer or any competitive gametype. feel free to modify the...

Bug fixes

this version fixes two bugs:

• the player icon will now correctly display the super icon when the player is super.
• the script will no longer attempt to set cooplives as a client (caused the error Only the server or admin can change: cooplives Infinite to appear on the console otherwise).

two hopefully final bug fixes for this addon:

• death counter no longer obscures the drill bar on nights stages.
• fixed death counter completely breaking when loading some addons mid-game.
