Dark City zone?

The official page for SRB2 listed a "dark city zone" in the list of zones but it's not in game why?

I don't know about that, but it is pretty much certain that it won't make 2.1.

Why don't you read in the wiki, it won't probably be in the 2.1, it has a lot of thing to be corrected, I find very difficult to place black eggman in that level, especially because it would be a persecution.
