Custom Peel-out - Super peel-out for all characters

Allows any character to perform a Super Peel-out (and also enables Dash Mode). Hold the CUSTOM2 button to charge, then release it to launch.

This script works great with the Intro inspired paper peelout addon, although when charging the peelout, the shoe ribbons don’t appear. But when you start moving they appear instantly.

enablepeelout2 and disablepeelout2 are split-screen commands used to toggle the skill for the second player
