Fixed Custom FOF Blocks do not appear (MinGW trunk builds)

This bug only affects the latest builds in http://alam.srb2.org/SRB2_trunk/Mingw/Release/, but I thought it was worth bring to attention - under these builds Custom FOF blocks simply don't exist. Was the linedef type changed?

This is due to Small bug in function "axtoi"
r6304 has been reverted in r6673

Edit: r6304 has been reapplied as r6674
