Kartmaker HD update + New cars

Von Clutch, Pasadena and Willie Wumpa Cheeks have been updated to Kartmaker HD with cleaner looking graphics. In addition, they all have their own unique cars to drive, all based on their selections in Crash Tag Team Racing.

Pasadena and Von Clutch's vehicle selections are the Ruckus and Zwergauto, one of the few cars they drive. Since Willie Wumpa was never playable, the best possible car to give him was the test car, now dubbed the Cabrio as of CTR...
