Fixed CTF and Resyncing,

For some weird reason when a player is either holding the flag or drops the flag, the whole server crashes when the resyncing message rapidly shows up and gives the message:


Flag removed from the game or Flag disappeared from the game.


I'm not completely sure what the message was but it was on the lines of that.

Yeah, I'm getting that crash error too as a host. This really renders CTF about unplayable.

I managed to get a screen cap of it, if that will help much. Seeing that the status of the bug is confirmed, I'd might as well pitch in anyways.
