I launch SRB2CB, and that's what immediately shows up.

EDIT: It also shows up on vanilla SRB2 OpenGL mode.

Try starting the game in a different resolution using launch commands/the launcher

It must be an Opengl Proclem. Try to update your drivers. I'm saying that is an OpenGL probelm because you said that error happened on vanilla SRB2 OpenGl and on SRB2CB which uses OpenGl as well.

If the update fails, restore the system.
