Could somebody delete my account?

There doesn't appear to be an account deletion button so I'm assuming an admin has to do it.

I really don't understand why people keep requesting this. We don't delete accounts here, because it causes old topics to look weird and does weird shit to the search function. If you don't want to continue using your account, simply stop using it.

While I understand the thought process behind this, I seriously doubt there would be any inconvenience with my posts gone.
I haven't exactly contributed much around here...

My main issue is that I'd rather not have this place pop up when someone decides to google my email address.

Well, if you decide not to delete it I suppose I'll get over it.

Your email address is not publicly displayed by the forums; if for some reason you have put it somewhere visible on your profile or in your posts, just go back and remove it.

Well, I've just checked, and it's not here anywhere.

Yet I still find this place by googling my email address.

I'd like it to not do that.

If you've got a solution that doesn't involve having the account deleted I'm all ears

If not I guess I'll just accept whatever Mystic's decision is and be on my way

Then change your email address to one that isn't in use?

Also remember that search engines don't crawl instantly, so any changes to your profile will take a while to take effect on Google.
