[Cosmic Emerald]

Cosmic Emerald submitted a new resource:

cosmic emerald's character tweaks (CECT) - some tweaks to the vanilla characters

this is Cosmic Emerald's tweaks, each of the vanilla character's have some tweaks that make them,
1. have their normal speed and acceleration different
2. have different skin flags
3. their jump factor will be different based off the usability or general use of the character.
(normal speed is normally 36, accel is normally 40, jumpfactor is usually 1.0)

stat changes: normal speed is now 39
his acceleration is 35
his jumpfactor is 1.06

More Abilities!

fang can throw bombs (script from fang bomb throw by Simon_T)
and metal sonic can do a superjump (ground c1) and a thok (air c1)
the others abilities were given small changes.

tails still does not have a ability, idk what to give him, let me know if you have any ideas!

Just looking at the thread it looks cool, actually, why don't make Tails have some of his abilities from Tails Adventure? Or an new way to fly (being able do cancel), I really don't know what else would be good on Tails, keep with the great work man!

I agree. Maybe make it so he have a hold fly or tails spin attack from adventure.

Yo- Been a while, but here's a quick file addition for those who just want stat changes but not the new moves!

That's literally it, no new update on the main file itself, I still don't have anything on Tails,,,
