Could someone explain the difference between CECHO and CSAY? Also could someone explain the use of CECHOFLAGS?

Also a minor question, what does GRID and ONTOP do?

CECHO is only displayed to yourself, AFAIK. Also, you can't set the duration and flags of a CSAY.

What else is there to explain than this? It lets you set additional parameters for a CECHO.

Also a minor question, what does GRID and ONTOP do?

They have to do with OBJECTPLACE, but I'm not entirely sure what they do. Try them out with OBJECTPLACE set to on.
