Connection timeout (Resource temporarily unavailable) error message

This is probably my third time trying to get this problem solved, and i'm sorry for that because i don't seem do get a proper answer.

So, i want to host a server to play with a bunch of people, but port checker site gives me this error message when i'm hosting.

To get things straight:
1. My port is forwarded on my router, both TCP and UDP;

2. The game itself is in exceptions in Windows Firewall;

3. My server is running whenever i check;
4. My server is visible through "listserv" command.

What i could've possibly done wrong?

I believe portforwarding for public hosting in SRB2 only works through UDP.
However, if removing the TCP portfowarding doesn't help, it's possible your router unfortunately cannot portfoward the game.
This is only my two cents, as I honestly can't troubleshoot much in terms of stuff like this.

The thing is i was able to host several times in the past, but lately started to run into this problem. Thank you for the answer though, i'll try removing TCP.

Edit: It didn't do the trick, sadge.
