It's connecting to the wrong address.
Go to Server Options and at the bottom change the Master Server to https://mb.srb2.org/MS/0 to fix that problem.

Your Master Server address is incorrect. Go to Server Options, scroll down, and change it to https://mb.srb2.org/MS/0 instead.
