This is CommanderVideo, hailing from the BIT.TRIP series. When I searched for him on the MB and didn't find him, I knew something had to be done. Which is why I am adding him myself!


CommanderVideo's main gimmick is his MODE. The higher your MODE, the faster you go (and maybe more).
Right now you MODE UP by collecting 25 rings, capping out at EXTRA. But if you collect all 7 Chaos Emeralds, CommanderVideo may be closer to his FATE than he thinks...

His current abilities are a slowfall and stomp, though he will eventually have a kick and a slide move.

His MODE HUD is supposed to be animated from MEGA, but I still have to figure out how to make it animate without having the same number of frames.

Several sounds also change when CommanderVideo is loaded, such as the spring sounds, signpost sound, starpost sound, etc.

One question: Is the FATE part of the Emerald prize going to be similar to his auto-laser from Rerunner? Or is it going to be something else

I was going to try and do manual lasers, but this has me thinking

gotta question: is commandervideo going to also have his moveset from super meat boy? (aka. floating + wall jump)
