command to switch movesets for a character or something

Hello, I've been working on a character and I was thinking of giving that character a new moveset once I learn more about Lua.
Here's the problem, I want people to be able to switch from the new moveset to the old reusable moves I made.

Does anyone know how to do this or can explain it to me?
