Color/Window problems.

I got SRB2 again recently to play through Mystic Realm, and when I opened up the game from the srb2win.exe I had awful colour problems (bizarre palette, artifacts etc). I tried getting the launcher and running it in windowed mode, which cleared up the problem but it doesn't push higher than 640x400 which is just way too small to play the game at. Is there a way to get the windowed resolution higher, or, failing that, get rid of the colour issue in fullscreen?

EDIT: Nevermind, ran in OpenGL and it worked fine. Delete this.

Are you running Windows 7 with a slideshow wallpaper? SRB2 and other palleted fullscreen applications will mess up if you use a slideshow wallpaper. Use a static(unchanging) wallpaper when playing in software mode.

Or you can just press F11 and that will fix it (it will also change the brightness though)

F11 doesn't work, no slideshow on and I tried it with aero off which didn't help either.
Kinda wanna play in Software, any other ideas?
