Coding Help Needed for Chili Dog

How would I go about changing the music just for a single character? A gimmick I have for Chili Dog is replacing the SRB2's OST with High Quality Rips, but I need them only to activate when you're playing as Chili Dog. I'm pretty sure it'd be something along the lines of checking the skin and level you're in and determining what background music would play accordingly.
