Code for vanilla abilities?

I've been digging around the files for like an hour and a half now looking for the lua script or whatever file it is that they keep the data for abilities the vanilla characters have and I haven't been able to find anything, am I missing something?

Vanilla abilities are hardcoded, and therefore located in the game's source code.
They are written in C.
