You're free to make your very own gametypes (in the casual room), but we don't permit the use of external/3rd-party EXEs -- other than EXE modifications of SRB2 -- whatsoever. If you wanted to go that route, I'd suggest editing SRB2's source code and compiling your own EXE to suit your fancy.
