...if you got permission to port this and its apparently done, then why didn't you just submit it?
 
You shouldn't be restricted from posting in Submissions. Just click New Thread and fill out the form.

This, in itself, should be a submission, but needs to actually be submitted as I cannot move the thread and make it work with the system, so I'll be locking this.
