I am making just a edit of a wad and when i edit s_skin i asve it and play but when i play my character looks like he's on his tippy toes!

Did you bother to make the second set of xxxxAy sprites so that they're xxxxay, where "xxxx" is the sprite name and "y" is the direction? It sounds like the game thinks your falling animation is the standing one; I'm guessing that if you hit a spring, the game will promptly crash. You may want to fix that.
