I've been wanting to know how to make character addons since the time I beat the game. any information on how to will be helpful to me. also if you don't mind how do you make or where can I make sprites

"How do you make sprites" is a harder question to answer. You're essentially asking, "How do I make art?" Pixel art is an art form that needs to be studied and learned with practice. It's not something that we can just explain away in a forum post. However, we typically use Aseprite to make sprites, and then use SLADE to put them into the game.
