Character Making and SOC Issues

Sometimes I edit The SOC of my character and I test it and it does not appear on the Character Select screen. It happend when I decided to add a line, add another Line and add a Ability Description. I also left a line of space for the Tip Description. is there a problem?

I try using one of my characters and it gies a message that the Pk3 was loaded with a Warning. and it does not appear on the Character select. Is something wrong?

What is the current content of the SOC? We won't be able to spot the problem without it.
