Since I found a topic that had a map contest i found it not fair for some people who cant make stages but characters so i decided to make this.

Do not use Works in Progress as a way of avoiding the releases system! Works in Progress can be used for sharing early betas and for getting suggestions for improvement. There's a reason we have no character contest. Most characters are of poor quality, not to mention they don't take 2 months to make. Besides, maps have more replay value, even without trying, than custom characters do.
